Avant Garments Ltd. was established in 2012 by an American-Bangladeshi entrepreneur with a vision to introduce a state-of the art garments factory in Bangladesh. We believe that making garments is not a process of cutting and sewing but it involves lot of critical issues from the very beginning to end like selection of factory site, construction of compliant factory building, selection of modern machineries, recruitment policy for recruiting the right people, health, security and social aspect of employees, quality assurance, buyer-satisfaction, environmental issues and lot more.
Avant Garments which is a woven garments factory, at present has twelve lines with 1000 workers consisting of 650 experienced sewing operators and other experiemced workers working in various departments. The factory is located at Bagher Bazar, Gazipur which is about 50 km from Dhaka city.
Considering the present global socio-economic situation we have established a very balanced factory catering to the needs of our buyers in terms of providing quality products while addressing health, security and social aspect of labor which is one of the paramount cocerns at present. We believe our working force is our assets and our main concern is to develop the skills of our working force.
KEY STRENGTH
We have a team of qualified & efficient merchandisers for handling buyers online. They respond to queries uickly and are very much careful about their feedback and follow up their instructions strongly to meet their desires starting from developing samples to shipment of bulk production.
Since our buyers participate in many exhibitions worldwide, we support them with a good set of sampling collection before the start of every season. Our sampling development keeps a keen watch on the styles produced in the industry here to upgrade our buyers accordingly. Our R&D team also strives for continuous improvement of business and production process for minimizing costs.
